The fact that you can´t dodge/block in this game is outrageous!
Why does Tristan constantly raise his voice at the end of sentences? Is he asking us a question or making a statement? It's really irritating and I'm going to avoid watching reviews by him until he figures out how to narrate properly.
The game has terrible combat hence making the whole game feel terrible. Youre welcome. I couldn't even play it free on gamepass it was that bad.

I know a lot of people hate this guy's voice, but let me tell you, his reviews are much better than your average IGN slop: he doesn't get involved in left wing or gender politics, does not seem to be being paid by the game publisher for his opinion, and whenever I hear that exagerrated local radio aussie twang, I know it's actually going to be a good review.
Is nobody going to point out that it looks exactly like they've used eerily similar looking buildings and terrain that's found in their other game sniper elite hmmm
Expressional cadence made me rage quit
Where's the actual ATOMfall??? No radiation, no dangers anywhere, nothing – all I see is respawning soldiers and outlaws, nice green fields that serve no purpose with no anomalies or anything in them, no mutants and instead just a few beehives/two or three fallout3 copied ghouls in the entire game… Barely any quests at all and those that are there are so barebones it hurts, no story exists whatsoever either. This has no soul, everything from gunplay to UI to loot management sucks too. Ultra low standards if you "love this", 4/10 at best, not the worst but it has nothing to offer. Shamless copy of Fallout's title just to get more sales yet also to purposefully not deliver in any front that would have to do with this title.

Elden ring comparison is wild lol I would have said Bioshock, Fallout, Atomic Heart. It is the farthest thing from Elden Ring.

God I really struggle to listen to this reviewer. Why does every SENTENCE… need to have an INFLECTION… even when it's not even the END… when all it achieves is making the audio incredibly /distracting/.
It's nice to have a game set in the UK for once that isn't just full of inaccuracies and xenophobic stereotypes of the British.

I see a lot of complaints about the weird newsreader cadence. But I want to point out that nearly all major reviewers do this now. I don’t know why. I would really love to see someone do a video on this specific topic, haha. It’s like a weird social contagion or something. I don’t know why people do it. I assume it isn’t accidental either. As in, I am guessing editors want this style of speech.
It's pretty solid and I think the intro in this video sums it really well with saying how it gives you that Elden Ring feel in sense of exploration. Doesn't tell you where to go, just gives you all the options and lets your curiosity lead you. <3
