having a “Tutorial” type mission for each Knight would have been 100 times better. I get that they want you to do 10 premeditated crimes to “learn” a d get a feel for each character, but a quest/mission would have been 100 times more elegant and less grindy.
Combat is way better than people pretend, it just has a few niggling issues not because of the mechanics or design but do to the quality of the implementation. Kind of glitchy and nothing sucks harder than having your heavy ranged attack completely miss the 3 Talons standing right in front of you.
So yeah, so far 7/10 average overall with a lot of great writing, cutscenes, and character development / interactions.
i agree with everything you said in this video and you are 100% on the nose about Gotham Knights, if only everyone else played a game and made their own judgment instead of going on what other content creators say or speculate about the game before they even get there hands on it.
