Moldorm is exceptionally annoying as first boss, but he gets a lot easier with a piece of power active. One of the few occasions where I actually actively SEEK a piece of power, I just don't want to deal with that stinkworm.
That's the color scheme the Game Boy Player (which I used to record the game) gave it! ^_^

Definitely! It's really awesome the difference in the sound of each instrument, especially considering the limitations of the Game Boy!
I LOVE the melodies those instruments play. I always crank up the volume and hold it to my big ol' gameboy to my ear when I hear it.
I would encourage you to do so! You should be able to find a copy for a pretty reasonable price, and it's certainly worth playing and owning. ^_^
Unfortunately I do not. Perhaps I should look out for a copy. I have a gameboy colour and a gameboy advance SP I could play it on. Hmm.
As much as I think this will be a great LP, I don't want to ruin an awesome game like Link's Awakening for you! Do you have a copy you could play, and put watching this LP on hold until you do?

I think Link to the Past was made first (but I could be wrong), so whichever was first would be the one that had the first musical instruments. There are a couple more references to come, and you won't have to wait long because the next episode will be coming Tuesday! ^_^
