I expect intergalactic to be heavily inspired by souls game when it comes to world building. I expect way less cutscenes and a lore that you unfolds as you explore. ND has done that before to some degree especially in the last of us with those notes and stories you find, but Neil said recently he is very inspired by how fromsoftware deliver their "stories" and wanting to explore that.
