Here's a little theory, the "Exit" door has a lever which means that maybe the office doors are labeled as "Exit" doors and maybe instead of wanting to kill you, they want to escape and they can only leave through the office

The Red Flashing ls probably a camera light, as phone guy says "I guess he doesn't like being watched." and, him not liking being watched would explain why he gets set off, and the vision turns red. you can also see foxy running out of his cove in the quick flashes
I believe that the pixelated red thing in one of the frames is possibly Foxy because if you look on the left side of that frame you see something purple (Foxy’s Curtains). It’s interesting how Foxy is only shown through that frame and another frame of his teeth. I’m probably looking way into this, but I think that Foxy’s new design for the game was has already been completed and his whole body is being shown less for the sake that he might have an important role in the game.
