i fought all of them without doing the side quests in chapter 5 i realized i should go back and do some exploration, the Wind Sage, the Hundred-Eyed Daio Master all of them without heaven meds and sacred item… god it was a pain in the ass

13. Stone Monkey/The Great Sage's Broken Shell
Many of the bosses i defeated by sheer luck and/or brute force. but the hardest i had to plan every move i make, especially erlang. i had to plan every attack, spell, vessel and transformation, just to beat this guy. of course with a lot of help from yt videos on how they defeated erlang, but in the end i had to play it my way.
Black Myth Wukong is without a doubt, one of, if not the, best games I've ever played.. 10/10

My hardest fight in bmw was yellow wind sage and i am in chapter 4
the annoying little mantis, annoyed me as i could not tell when he was actually attacking. However i found rolling towards him makes most of his attacks miss and he becomes really easy.

This game pissed me off… how can anyone have fun losing??? Even after you beat them you don’t feel like you did anything.
Whiteclad noble gave me so much rage ,took me ages to defeat that beast ,with it being so early in the game ,i got great satisfaction beating him with a tiny bit life left
Hundred-Eyed Daoist was pretty easy for me. I finished it the first try without using any medicines because I thought of getting familiar with his attacks in the first round but it ended up pretty easy

Erlang is the toughest, although there are some bosses that ain't fitting in this video, like the deer or red loong😊
i took more time to defeat the damn tiger vangard than i did to defeat the yellow wind sage with no wind tamer vessel. I found the tiger and even the wandering wight to be much more unpredictable and tough to read the timings

My theory is this.
I think whatever level and how good your character is when you make it to the great sage after you beat him that’s how powerful he’ll be when you make it to him again in new game+ cause you’ll be fighting yourself.
I quit the game at Yaka King just too hard and his moves are basically impossible to dodge.
Great sage broken shell is definitely number 1 or 2

Switch Great Sage to number 1, put Erlang at ~10, move Wise Voice to easiest and put Whiteclad in the top 5 and you have a (fairly) accurate list. 👌

This game developers should setting the game difficulties like other game. User can chose weather they want to enjoy the story line or game play. Bosses are very difficult until many lose interest
Erlang was simply not fun to deal with, the unstoppable phase transition and the shield was just a pain in the ass.
Some of these bosses should definitely not be on this list😂 erlang shen has to be the hardest boss to beat. I had to stop and come back to it the next day!.
It took me a month and a half of regular playing to go through this game, the game gives you all these spells, transformations, meds to beef up your attacks, defence etc, legendary and mythical weapons and armors and to be honest bosses for the most part are manageable ok some are a bit unfair but ok until you get to the last hour or so and come up against couple of bosses that are virtually impossible to beat, they are just unplayable, the devs basically tell you we turning everything we gave you in the game (weapons, transformations, spells and meds) 100% ineffective, you’re on your own. Shame almost a perfect game but not quite.
