I'm starting to feel like the only thing 'Grand' about Grand Theft Auto 6 is the amount of time we've been waiting for it.
1:30 not that real. A few weeks/months before release, Rockstar showed a folded blueprint of the LS map as a collector item. The community unfolded it and were able to map LS almost perfectly. Before that, a lot of things were wrong.
Still, thanks to the fact that most leaked screenshots had the player coordinates, this project is way more accurate than V's one.
