You can simplify even further, you don't need tomato, onion, green pepper and hamburger, yiu just need pickles and cucumbers. Also, using sweet and sweet HM and sweet and salty HM will give you encounter power, not sparkling. Hope this helps.

here's the thing, you don't need any salty herba mystic for shiny power 3. you just need 2 of any herba mystica, so far using that method I got shiny power 3 for: every type I was going for. so far it has been: normal, ice, dragon, poison, ghost, electric, Flying fighting, water.. I did use these during a mass outbreaks, so far I caught: Glaceon, Vaporeon, frostless, Bagon, Riolu, Mismagius, Eiscue, Glimmet, eevee, Rufflet in the last 72 hours.
Shame I don't have friends or a second switch, otherwise this would be useful to me lol.
