I still don't get why the but g9es n the air and stretching. I oove her but the mouse in my b3d has to stop.😅
How about matting. Its annoying especially this needs doesn't meet and makes a noise anytime.
My cat Charlie has a weird habit of putting his paws on the wall leaning back and meowing as though he is speaking with something or some one in the spirit world and he will do this for ten or fifteen minutes at a time four or more times a day, very aggravating at times.
Then there are times when I will ask if he is ready to go to bed and he will jump into bed, and two minutes later jump off and go into the kitchen and start meowing like he is lost.
My cat meows at closet doors!
One of my cats used to get up on top of the wardrobe, bite small chunks off the Artex ceiling (1980s house!) and spit them over the edge. I think cats are just fascinated by gravity!
My old Monkey (the cat) just passed her 20th birthmonth… still has mad kitten moments ripping around the house. Zoomies indeed!
Head butting for my cat happens at her "hunting hour" in the night. It means "get up and let me outside!" 🤣
My feline doesn't chatter but has a combination of purr/meow that he does when talking and it is more often than not. I often will get 18lbs of Russian Blue boy cat jump into my lap when I am at my computer and he will rub his wet lips all over my cheeks. If that's not enough and I ignore him, he will leap up onto my desk and lie on my mouse so I can't use it! If I decide to sleep in on a weekend it does not go over well with him and his desire for breakfast! He will leap onto me, purposefully, from the floor and stomp, yes STOMP, around on me while loudly protesting for me to wake up and get him breakfast! Did I mention, he is 18lbs? 🤣
Holy crap, i have not seen the meme but it is totally the case, if the earth was flat… Everything would be knocked over/down lol hahaha
My cat constantly brings me rags from my reloading room upstairs to the bedroom, after spending hours spending time just supervising me…the gifts are appreciated.
Since there are no birds, lizards or mice around, my cat regularly leaves a small teddy bear I gave her where she knows I will pass.
My cat does most of these behaviors. Can you explain to more behaviors? My Fiona is 15 and sometimes she will lie down next to her food or water dishes and sleep right there next to the bowls. It looks like in my mind she's afraid she's going to wake up in the middle of the night and want something to eat or drink and he doesn't want to walk to the bowls. They're right there for her convenience
Unravelling the toilet roll. When our girl gets a little frustrated about not being allowed outside, she does this. Nothing else, just this activity.
Oh yes Ziva has knocked my morning coffee off the storage cabinet beside my futon on more than one occasion
Didn't mention the odd cat behavior of taking a dump in the litterbox then running down the hallway as fast as possible!!! What the heck is that all about??
Every cat I had over the years would look above my head as if there was a bug there. It would stare so intensely at that same spot for so long that I'd finely crack and look for myself. Of course there was never anything there. When I'd look back at the cat, she would give me the haha made you look face.
One of mine likes to meow in the morning, trying to get me up.
Our 8 month old cat, Ozymandias (Ozy, Ozball, OzyDEMANDias or Ozhole depending on his mood!), likes to sit still in the grass then when I approach him, he reaches out and 'taps' or 'swats' my foot! It's the most hilarious thing and I suspect it is something similar to the head butt.
ALL our cats are our Buddies and should be treated with all the love and care we have. Thanks for your informative, fun videos, SCW!
I received a gift this morning on my doorstep. Little mouse!! Henry was very proud!
"Cats are never too far removed from youth."
Beautiful animal, just a beautiful thing
My cat chatters a lot when he looks out the window. But i want to present another weird cat behavior. When he first gets up stands on his hind legs while leaning against a wall. Then as he's standing on his hind legs he stretches his front paws as high up as they can possibly extend.
Good bideo, i was used to the idea that senior cat wellness want going to delve into some of these more controversial topics
My cat definitely chatters, and has done at birds and even flies since a kitten. She never chatters at other prey tho. Interestingly, none of the cats I grew up with chattered at birds, unless they did it only when we weren't around.
You have the best informative vids ❤
The headbutts dont mind but the kneading i have a blanket on the couch ready in case its kneading time bc my oldest cat is 14 and his claws just ouch its not on purpose ofc he is getting old so his claws get stuck easy the past few years
My sister had a cat that if she had company and was not paying attention to her she would get on the back of whatever chair she was sitting on and grab her hair and pull to turn her head away from the company. Lol
My 17 doesn't do these anymore, I miss the day of zoomies and chattering at the birds. He use to clean the desk or coffee table in nothing flat. Never was a headbutter or leg rubber but definitely a pawer. He jumps up on me and immediately paws at my hand.❤
yes all of the above…..
