Well, for us humans on earth we were made by the lizards and grays.
I've had a few experiences with those balls of light from my small hometown in North Queensland, Australia. We are a UFO hotspot and this occured in the year 2000, just after the birth of my daughter. I was seeing UFO'S all the time , watching them with my binoculars. I was seeing mother ships letting out small craft over the valley and saw so many monstrous UFO's too. I've probably seen thousands while I lived in that house for 18 months.
