They are doing a mw3 and selling a dlc as a stand alone game everything in this is reused assets from Elden ring just like mw3 was all reused assets from mw2
I honestly believe this game is not intended for everyone. Its still designed for people who like the souls like formula, sure they simplified some mechanics to make it easier if you didnt already know them and while it plays similar to the full game it still feels unique. If you dont already enjoy these games then you probably wont like this experience either. I like the idea that this can bring fans to the series but if you play this before anything else then youre gonna be in for a rude awakening.

I know some people like it bur this is gonna be a hard NO from lot of "traditional" Souls players. Too fast, too rushed, completely reliant on multiplayer… For faster ER gameplay, Convergence mod still rules… Still, curious, how far they adjust it before release.

The beta test has been a blast. Holy cow. Its feel a little stiff, but its still plays well. Some mobs AI gets messed up, but overall 10/10
Hard pass. I didn’t get into FSW a decade ago because I liked coop. This is a 180 and a direct steer into the trends they broke from. Now the existence of this glorified mod is surely going to push back their next game. That’s the best case scenario. The worst case is these concepts and coop centric gameplay seeping their away into future titles. FSW trending on a dangerous slope. Make games for everyone, and you please no one.

Not a day one purchase. It'll be plagued with network issues and unplayable on release. Every from software game releases with some of the worst network issues I e ever seen
Not saying this looks bad but I'd MUCH rather them do what they did with DS3. Gave us 2 new dlc all within 5 month. Both weren't long but was fun enough to explore a dope new world, lore, enemies and some of the best bosses that game had to offer. Id be more satisfied paying $40 for a 10-20 hour dlc expansion with a new world and lore to even topping some Shadow Of The Edtree bosses. This looks like a mod again not saying it looks bad but I'm sure most of us would of prefer A dlc expansion.

I just played it for three hours. It's really hard playing with new players who have no idea where to go or what to do, which isn't their fault. There's definitely a steep learning curve at first. My team basically got slaughtered every single match because they would constantly need to be revived because they didn't know how to level up, and because there's no voice chat you can't help guide or coach them. I hope people don't give up.
I got frustrated at first because you need to haul ass, but there's so many places you need to go and items to find. It felt like most items I picked up didn't apply to my character or playing style.
I would be happy if I would win 🙂
