Job description: Our client, a leading asset manager, is seeking a highly organized, proactive, and discreet Personal Assistant to support one of our C-Suite Executives. This individual will play a critical role in optimizing the executive’s day-to-day productivity and effectiveness, ensuring smooth operations both professionally and personally. The ideal candidate is a confident self-starter with exceptional attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and a strong ability to anticipate needs in a fast-paced environment.***Qualified candidates will be coming directly from a Personal Assisting role to a c-suite executive within finance. Only qualified candidates will be considered.***Key Responsibilities:
- Provide comprehensive personal calendar management.
- Plan and coordinate all personal/family travel, inclusive of domestic and international flights, hotels, activities, and reservations.
- Communicate effectively with estate and property staff.
- Actively engage with Board of Directors members on behalf of the executive.
- Prepare meeting materials, agendas, presentations, and follow-up communications.
- Serve as gatekeeper and liaison between the executive and internal/external staff.
- Manage confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
- Assist with personal tasks, errands, and occasional household management duties.
- Monitor and prioritize incoming communications (email, phone, mail) and respond on behalf of the executive as appropriate.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree preferred; equivalent experience considered
- 5+ years of experience supporting C-level executives in asset management
- Strong knowledge of hotels, restaurants, and social clubs in NYC and surrounding
- High level of discretion and confidentiality
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently and adapt quickly to changing priorities
- Professional demeanor and client-facing confidence
What We Offer:
- $115,000 – 130,000 base salary
