A startup called Context Inc. is looking to transform enterprise productivity, unleashing swarms of artificial intelligence agents that it says can automate almost any kind of work-related information task.
The startup is the creator of an AI-powered Autopilot launching today that can spin up thousands of AI agents at once to perform work such as deep research, analyzing data and creating reports.
Context announced its launch alongside a strategic partnership with Qualcomm Inc. to support the local deployment of AI agents on Snapdragon neural processing units and enable AI-powered automation that runs locally on users’ personal computers, rather than in the cloud.
Its AI-powered Autopilot runs directly on the NPUs, which are hardware components built into Qualcomm processors that accelerate AI and machine learning. By running AI agents locally, Context says, it can address questions relating to the stringent data privacy and compliance needs of its enterprise and government customers.
Context likens itself to the hit Chinese AI platform Manus. It took the technology world by storm when it debuted in March, unleashing tools that could automate a range of complex tasks such as website development and real estate research, employing third-party software applications to do so.
Manus uses AI agents, which use large language models to perform tasks with little to no human input. When prompted, the platform breaks down the user’s request into sub-steps before assigning different AI agents to complete each one. Once done, the agents then combine their work to fulfill the user’s request.
According to Context, it’s doing something similar with its LLM-first office applications, which act like an “AI workforce.” It says they have greater contextual awareness than standard productivity tools, enabling its AI agents to better understand and utilize organization’s data. Its tools span applications such as enterprise search, code interpretation, a slide and document generator and an intelligent “answer engine.”
“This is a great example of an agentic experience,” said Qualcomm Chief Executive Cristiano Amon. “It’s a breakthrough for productivity.”
Context founder and Chief Executive Joseph Semrai (pictured) showcased the capabilities of Context in a video posted on X last year that demonstrates its ability to absorb information from multiple data sources and then autonomously create accurate and engaging content on behalf of users.

Context can fulfill all manner of work-related tasks, such as creating market research, creating client presentations, competitive landscape analyses for new products and services, financial modeling, sales performance and churn analysis, contract analysis, compliance audit reports and many more besides.
The platform’s AI agents get to work immediately after receiving their project requirements. They conduct whatever research is necessary to fulfill the user’s request, using third-party tools such as browsers, search engines, financial data platforms and coding interfaces.
While conducting this research, Context’s AI agents will also perform error checks, comparing it with verified data sources to ensure the accuracy of the data they’re working with. Once they’re satisfied the data is sound, they’ll go ahead and run analytics and create visualizations and models that leverage this information. Finally, they’ll finish up by creating a comprehensive report and presentation complete with citations for transparency and verifiability.
The startup is launching its platform just weeks after closing on an $11 million seed funding round at a $70 million valuation. That round was led by Lux Capital, and saw participation from General Catalyst and Qualcomm’s venture capital arm.
Semrai said the company’s momentum shows there’s a clear need for AI tools that go beyond superficial automation and accelerate productivity to deliver real value to enterprises.
“We’ve created deeply contextual AI so knowledge workers can reclaim dozens of hours of productivity each week,” Semrai said. “Autopilot reshapes how businesses operate, and the post-launch adoption supports our vision of bridging the gap between humans and LLMs to create AI-driven workforces.”
