I have seen on one of your other videos that you don’t recommend booties for dogs. I live in FL and am understandably concerned about walking on hot asphalt. What would you recommend for dealing with walking the in the FL heat. I have a miniature schnauzer so I could/will carry him to grassy areas. But was considering wagwellies for walks that will cover both paved and grass?

So I got a new puppy about a week ago but he’s a sick right now being taken to the vet. Would it be okay to continue training or allow him to rest as much as possible and stop training? He’s nine weeks old right now

Got a new lab puppy at 8 weeks old recently. Had a 5+ hour trip without a puppy. Figured It would be at least 6+ hours on way home. Trip was by myself. I was expecting screaming, howling, barking, crying, pooping, peeing and throwing up (I prepped for it all!)
Got the Snuggle Puppy. He laid on top of it for the 1st half of the trip. 2nd half of the trip, he slept the whole way. I think they work. I used it for about a week or less afterwards and weened him off. He has slept through the night every night since we have been together (I AM SOOO THANKFUL FOR THAT)
Got a 2 door wire crate (I know, preference is a plastic one. Wire was the only one that was going to fit and still be able to interact with pup outside of stops every hour or so). Covered crate with a blanket to keep the view of motion out of the pups sight. My vet recommended no bedding for 1st year.
The trip home couldn't have gone any better. He was the best / most calm, chilled puppy EVER!
Personally, I think he was stressed during the 1st half of the trip and wore out the 2nd half. I also think the breeder and the bloodlines did / have helped as well.
