Note: Patch 1.04 seems to have broken this trophy for some players. Players have reported the following workarounds: make sure you have all weapons in your inventory to pop the trophy. You can also try dropping them all and picking them up again. If you have them stored in the chest (accessible at sites of grace) equip them to the inventory. Likewise, try putting all from inventory into chest. If that doesn’t fix it, try upgrading each Legendary Weapon to +1 at the Blacksmith while having all weapons in the inventory, there are reports that this pops it.

Bernahl was gone for me, and instead there was just a pile of his items, including the scepter. So no you don't need to start a new game
i missed the bolt of gransax in my main account, i have a 2nd game started (not NG+), will i get the achievement if i get everything else on my main account and this one on my 2nd account? im reading below i have to have all the weapons in my inventory but just making sure before i do all of this twice (i beat the game on my main account)
Thank you so much, but have to you do NOT need to start a NG+ to find Behrnal if he's not in the shack, you can find him in Volcano Manor and then he invades in the Farum Azula part, yhere he drops the Spear.
