After everything you've gone through together, he doesn't even talk to you after this quest 😭
After the first few quests in the line it became apparent to me this wasn’t going anywhere so I just ignored the rest of the quest line and never helped Sebastian again.
Just my opinion, I learned every forbidden spell from him and kinda used it one shot Harlow and Rookwood and ranrok, So it's kinda hypocritical to do that, besides, UNC had to die💀
I dont like the killing spell all the life u take away but they have no spell that restores any life lame
How do u save the sister
i felt weird not turning Sebastian in after he literally uses avada kedavra on solomon. it made me feel like i participated in the killing of his uncle. he should definitely have some consequences for that, but turning him to Azkaban prison is too harsh. he shouldn't have used the killing curse on his uncle though…he got consumed by the dark arts and went down the wrong path. if he listened to ominis and realized they are unforgiveable curses for a reason, maybe he wouldn't have used those curses so freely
k
The best option for Sebastian is to not follow through with the last part of his storyline where you have to kill his uncle. At the end of the school year you tell Sebastian it was Rookwood who cursed his sister; he is pleasantly surprised and apologizes for his hatred of goblins. It is also implied he will move on with the rest of the class to 6th year, though we have no way of knowing whether Sebastian continues with his search to cure Anne, damning himself in the process – Azkaban or not.
I couldn’t turn Sebastian in bc I didn’t want to make Ominis sad 😭
I actually cried at this scene 🥺 and Anne’s “depulso” hit me in the chest
I find it funny that he said he didnt mean to, but in fact, u have to have the intention to kill ur uncle with the avada cadavra curse to kill ur uncle, otherwise it wouldnt have worked
Sebastian and I are planning to run away far from Hogwarts and live happily aver after
I found this story more interesting the main plot line lol
He’ll yeah I wanna be his friend but I just helped him kill his uncle
Tbh I would Avada kedavra the uncle and then Anne as well for being ungrateful 😂 idc Avada kedavra everyone at this point.
I feel this would have hit harder if Sebastian said "Oh Anne, what have you done? What have I done?" and appeared shell-shocked afterwards, staring off into the distance, speaking quietly and almost monotone, voice shaky as he tries and fails to justify his actions.
Tbh i think sebastian wouldn't be sent to azkhaban. Like, mc and him were attacked. The guy was trying to cast a fire tornado on 2 students bc they were trying to cure a dying girl, i think he deserved it
harry potter hasnt yet existed in the timeline of HL.
My character was a female and I pretended that she was madly in love with Sebastian and would do anything for him, her love for him blinded her moral compass as she could only see the good in him and would learn the dark arts to defend him no matter what 😂😅
We as the protagonist murder goblins and wizards and all manner of living things and the irony never escapes me here when we sit very seriously and are like, "Yeah. He he deserves life worse then death. He did kill someone after all."
Pissed at both anne and the uncle, that’s no way to push someone to such ends sebastian deserved better 😢
if you turned him in you are not a real friend
I watched Star wars revenge of the Sith for the first time recently. Watching Anakin completely spiral and be groomed by bad forces all because he couldn't fathom losing his family is one of the reasons I can think about my decision. And while playing this game I thought of hearing the other characters speak of Sebastian and the fact that they didn't see the life we saw. A 15 year old boys desperation to save his sister, an honestly emotionally abusive uncle whos been nothing but a complete dick with no sense of how to rationalise with any of "us" how am I supposed to turn him in? However. We tell him at every turn that he has got to think, to slow down, to stop, and he just won't. The marks of a Slytherin are so clear in him how do you reason with a figure made from cunningness and pride? But when someone he already disliked is completely removed from his life by his own hand, if he had saved his sister would he be remorseful? Would he care that he just used to worst Unforgivable curse and killed a person? Or would he take that to mean he was right and continue on with Dark Magic. Ominis makes a point saying we've heard his empty promises over and over again.
During the fight Solomon didn't protect us at all instead engaging in attacks against the two Boarding School Students. An EX AUROR did not have gratitude for the kids who helped against the goblin attack in his home town and no words of concern. Yelled at his kin infront of a stranger (player) and then proceeded to talk down to said stranger which of course you will then lean more towards Sebastians side. In technicalities I'll say that the game itself didnt put more thought into the dialogue options. It almost sounds flippant and dismissive that we choose not to turn him in, and on the nose with despair for his actions but doesn't acknowledge the relationship you build with him in all those months. I feel like we saw parts of who he actually is early on. A friendly guy whos open to including new people to his circles, talked about his his disabled friend with respect and admiration, and a jokester at times. Ultimately I feel he was pushed into horrible circumstances and our character had the power and intelligence to understand why and how to pursue a greater force to help which is why he clung to us for support. To turn him in is a life sentence in a tortuos place where rehabilitation is not a concern. To spare him is to hope he proves himself to his friends and himself that he will come back from this. Hes completely alone now, his sister hates him shell most likely pass a painful death. And Ominis will keep him at arms length for the rest of times being. How tragic.
I can't bring myself to turn him in, but I truly didn't like him enough to be okay with that. I spared him.
Solomon collaborated with the Inferi to attack the duo. While the duo were busily dealing with the Inferi, no wonder he did not want to give Anne any hope and wanted to bring Anne to another place. He worried that his evil deed would be exposed. Too bad Anne is blinded and blames his brother on this.
Why is Anne able to Apparate? Shes not 17
Okkkkkkkkkkkkkk Mr. Harry James Potter is now in hogwarts legacy?
I didn’t turn him in, but I think we should. He mrdrd an innocent, and for nothing since Anne didn’t want whatever dark magic was involved in possibly curing her. And even if your character learns dark magic, you only use it against poachers and other villains in the story. Not the same thing as using it against the innocent.
My main dilemma is when Sebastian says “I didn’t mean to hurt him”
Like my dude you DID, you MEANT to kill him, you literally cannot use Avada Kedavra without Intent, not intent to harm, or maim, Intent to KILL, idk why but that bothers me abit, like he’s lying to himself almost
Where do I get that cape?
You can have all the Unforgivable Curses and still send Sebastian to Azkaban, Avada Kedavra can be learn just after you leave the catacomb where he kill his uncle, you just have to agree with him using the option where you wish you had had it, and he offers to teach you, chose to learn it immediately and he teaches you the spell, then you can send him to Azkaban without worrying about not having access to the spells, but that the worst of the options, every one is unhappy after he is sent to Azkaban, if you on the other hand save his but and he stays, he changes his ways and you have some one that can teach you all the Unforgivable Curses if you hadn't learn them by then, you find him in the Undercroft.
I think we can all agree that sebastian makes every quest better, with any other character like Fig i would just sneak by if i can but with sebastian, I fight. W character fr

what you mean "betray sebastian"? the dude killed his own uncle.
It’s hilarious how in the end, you let him off, he repents from it, but in the next minute, you’re asking him to teach you a cruciatus curse 😂
I've played it two ways: cautioning Sebastian, not using unforgivable curses, helping Ominus and good ending, then always encouraging Sebastian no matter what, bad ending, and as close to a dark wizard as I could be. As far as I can tell there is zero difference beyond a couple of cutscenes. It's a fun game, but the fact that there are no consequences ruins it a little bit.
Hmmm, one line from Sebasttian makes me want to turn him him. Asking "oh Ann, what have you done" instead of reflecting on himself and his decisions kinda seals the deal for me.
I'll see if I feel any different after I play this part of the game.
Mine glitched and sebastian was in the undercroft the entire conversation after he was expelled
It’s crazy how Anne single handily killed all the inferi
