It makes it sound like Neil is arguing that the things that are being tracked on radar as moving and maneuvering faster than anything we currently know of are just balloons floating around and stuff like that. I know that is not really what he is saying, but I guess they are switching between different shows that are discussing different related topics and I don't notice when they switch because I often like to listen to him while I am working doing other things. In general, I think Dr. Tyson's point about 6 billion people with cellphones crowdsourcing the possibility of detection shows pretty well that there is no evidence for any kind of visitation. Following on Dr. Tyson's statement, since the age of common cellphone use, UFO reports have declined. If there are visitations, they are being quiet and subtle about it.
I am a Star Trek fan, and I would love to see that sort of interstellar society to happen, but unless I live until at least April 5, 2063, I don't see that happening. (kidding)
