We have both biscuits and cookies in britain. Biscuits are more plain and you can dip them in tea, cookies tend to be filled with stuff like chocolate chips and it would be weird to dip them in tea. Perhaps also different textures. I'm not an expert i'm just british and like my ginger biscuits and white chocolate honeycomb cookies.

I wish I could buy this cat tree in the US so badly! I found a singular pole version that uses tension, and added my own sisal rope instead, so I can relate – the rope grabs your hands, and it takes forever!

I do this too! So much less expensive to re wrap the jute rather than buy a while new one. Personally, I use hot glue to attach it.
