The saddest part that brought tears to my eyes (yet again after just recovering from pokemon violet storyline that the professor was dead all along and his son didn't even know about it) in legends Arceus, was the fact that I was helping everyone every time but when I needed to be understood when I needed help, nobody helped me they kicked me out of the village I had no home to go they even took away my trainer card despite quelling the nobles for them get 5 star rank but everyone abandoned me at that point just because of Kamado's decision…
I’ve given the game about 2 hours, and I find that it’s mostly just dialogue and repetitive pokedex filling. I enjoy collecting things but I don’t want to have to collect them multiple times just to check an arbitrary box. So the whole game is like this? I really don’t think I can deal with 40+ more hours of “go catch multiple of these pokemon so that you can report back to the professor and rank up.”
I’ll take fun gameplay mechanics over graphics any day.

Played it for the first time this week, and while it's quite revolutionary coming from something like the DS games, it's hardly close to good. I got bored by the third frustrating outraged glowing pokemon challenge, and the fact that Wyrdeer can only climb like a foot or you'd have to fineagle a specific jump or even go 500 feet out of your way just to find the "correct" spot to start the ascension path was maddening. Also, not being able to throw pokemon at rocks while on these legendaries was needlessly tedious. That said, it was quite nice to have options for berry distractions and cute Hisui variants like Growlithe, which (pathetically) is the entire reason I bought the game. I found the game mechanics and limitation often worked more laborious than enjoyable, but if Pokemon ever makes the MC able to scale walls and swim like Zelda TOTK, I'd definitely give this style of game another go!
Is there no gyms?
The tasks that are spots all over your map is super distracting 😞 from the flag where I do need to go and super annoying that it doesn't tell you how to show your pokemon to NPC to complete task 😡

This game probably isn't for me, then. ADHD and a love of scenery is definitely not a good mix if I want this game. Only reason I'm not getting Scarlet and Violet is because of their terrible character customization

Im not feeling the game just got it last week and its just a survey pokemon game. The last game I played was Pokemon Y. The graphics don’t bother me. But like they said the game is empty and basic.
This game deserves a 9. I’ve played it myself. They just don’t like it because it’s not canon. But this game is actually a lot more fun than Scarlet/Violet.

They need to take the concept of arcesus MAKE A RED & BLUE for first gens and make that online. Pick the Pokémon for flying / swimming in your Pokédex that can AND THE WHOLE WORLD would tap in and be on Nintendo again
I just got this game. Played 10 minutes and knew it was going to be a horribly boring game. They tried to make pokemon Zelda. And now this review just solidified my thought. I will never play this game again lol
