I think Minior might be harder. Having to differentiate between 15 and 16 pokemon on the screen made it easy to find a shiny. Now that there’s 30 on screen it’s going to be very hard.

Shiny hunting for Veluza and Feebas now would be hilarious. Leyend Arceus must look incredible too AND you have a notification when a shiny pops up, something Scarlet/Violet doesn't have for somereason yet. I'm eager to try Breath of the Wild and Tears of the Kingdom too, especially BOTW, which is 8 years old game now and the loading times were bad, with some areas being horrible with rain and electricity.
Sorry, but I have watched several comparisons between Switch 1 and Switch 2, and the frame rate appears to be consistently smoother at around 60 FPS compared to this video. What happened? Am I being misled by other videos, or is this one showing the real frame rate?

while exploring in violet on the switch 2 revisiting the laggy erea on switch 1, while doing that i got random wild shiny bagon then got porygon 2 while doing not the outbreak then on the ohter outbreak i killed 1 porygon2 then got the shiny after it too, switch 2 is wild man for violet and scarlet.

All this tells me is that it is even more ridiculous that there is no shiny sfx in this game for when a shiny appears, like in PLA.
I think the shiny Minior might have gotten much more difficult with this update on the sheer number of spawns. Before, the 15-16 was manageable, but now, you got so many to keep tabs on, it might make that Minior hunt super difficult.
I started a new adventure on Violet and found 3 shiny mons (full odds) a little before I got two badges. You can see sooo many Pokémon now haha
