It's a patch…
Most games don't give you much if anything in a patch. Take War Thunder for example, you get a patch like 2 times a week, but only once every few months do they add a vehicle, but it isn't free, you either have to buy it or earn it (and earning it normally means buying premium time, unless you want to spend a long time earning it).
Patches are for improving quality of play. They will usually cause some bugs, but a hotfix should follow shortly.

Why is everyone so obsessed with the imaginary casino? Is everyone forgetting that the game has multiple endings and one of them is the "Casino Heist"? This is a subtle way of making the heist canon to keep "V" as the main character. It can be both, the casino DLC has everyone seems to be obsessed with, and the casino heist in space.
