We need weyland – Yutani Orgin movie with all the rival mega-corporations companies and bridged the other franchises together to end the Arguments once and for all. here are some rival competitor mega-corporations.
Montcalm-Delacroix et Cie
he headquarters of the Montcalm-Delacroix et Cie were located on a giant zeppelin-like airship named the Liberté in high-orbit over Earth. Ships like this were used to house people who escaped from infestation of Earth by Aliens. The conglomerate mainly focused on the entertainment business. They produced the android Xenomorph TecSeks for the movie business, but later for combat as well. The CEO of the company was Lucient Delacroix, but the company was in actuality partially run by the artificial intelligence called TOY. Montcalm-Delacroix et Cie and its cronies were the main antagonists in the Aliens vs. Predator: Deadliest of the Species comic series.
Z.C.T. Corporation
The Z.C.T. Corporation owned Charon Base where Project Chimera was in development under the watchful eye of mad scientist Ernst Kleist. Kleist didn't like the constraints of the mega-corporation and tried to gain more independence. He kept several advancements secret, like his initial success in creating the Xenomorph king through gene splicing. Project Chimera was destroyed when Charon Base blew up, destroying valuable company assets. The company also produced several experimental weapons, like the taser web rifle and the sound cannon. Z.C.T. Corporation appeared in Aliens: Rogue and hasn't been mentioned anywhere else.
Armat Battlefield Systems
Besides Weyland-Yutani and Hyperdyne, Armat Battlefield Systems is one of the best-known weapons developers in the Alien universe. They are responsible for the production of the legendary M41A Pulse Rifle and many of its variants. Armat's other products are mostly small-arms, but they also develop military equipment like helmets and body armor, prominently used by the Colonial Marines. Their headquarters is located in Saginaw, Michigan, in the United Americas. Although the company is not mentioned in Aliens (the Pulse Rifle was originally supposed to be produced by Colt), it was first featured in the Colonial Marine Tech Manual.
Seegson
While the Grant Corporation was the main competitor to Weyland-Yutani in the old Expanded Universe, the Seegson Corporation is the driving force in the new one. Making the first appearance in Alien: Isolation, it has been featured in many other Alien materials. Seegson was responsible for producing the creepy malfunctioning Working Joe androids, who were made without any behavioral inhibitors. This made them crazy murders upon malfunctioning. Seegson's downfall concluded when the Sevastopol station, one of their prominent installations, was destroyed in 2137 by Amanda Ripley.

If they want to merge these universes then they have to make alien movies in the same style as blade runner – Adult and serious tone

I personally think AVP fits canon better than Prometheus or Covenant. It actually puts many things in play in the right order. Just hear me out. Go back and watch it again…pay close attention to Dr Charles Bishop Weyland's words. There are lots of things you probably did not catch. Remember the queen chased something or someone up the tunnel. That's how the slime got on the controls… Dr Weyland's body was gone… pay close attention to the conversations between woods and Dr Weyland. Line by line there's a lot being said that is easy to miss. By the way could Tyrell's team be his Drs?I've always wondered just how far tyrell went with the production of replicants, could he have also been in the early stages of full on human cloning. I mean if he could plant memories how far had he gone? Was the Tyrell we saw RoyBatty kill the only one? Was he a replicant?I've often wondered about a line from one of the cuts where "Deckard" is narrating and he says "I'm retired" normally that line would not mean anything, but if you consider "do androids dream" as a key note and what do "Blade Runners" call the ending of a replicant… retirement… so is this the dreams of a replicant that has been retired? Rachel does ask him, have you ever retired a human by mistake?..

Guys, but how is it possible that blade runner and alien are part of the same universe, but the production companies are different: blade runner is produced by Warner Bros and alien is produced by 20th century fox

Well, in the Blade Runner universe, Japanese, British, and American corporate entities are pretty much merged together in these huge conglomerates. That’s how you got the Company, Weyland-Yutani which was a merger with Weyland Corp purchasing Yutani Corp. Most of the signs, billboards etc are also in both English and Japanese. The same thing is on Sevastopol Station.
They are connected because the creator riddley Scott said they where connected and in the same universe

Blade Runner 2049 makes Dallas’ employ by The Tyrell Corporation impossible, as in a short few years after Tyrell’s death, the Tyrell Corporation was acquired by The Wallace Corporation—The Nexus 8 being the last Replicant line made by Tyrell Corp.
Also, I get the sense that the Earth of the Alien Universe is much less desolate place. In Blade Runner Earth is nearly dead. Off-world colonization is a must. In Alien, off world holdings are purely economic ventures.
If it is indeed a shared universe then Ripley risked her life for a Replicant cat in Alien
