I crate trained my Australian shepherd from day 1. I do understand that he is an Aussie and requires a lot of exercise. I wake up every morning at 6am get ready for the day and get my daughters ready for school I drop them off at school at 725 and I’m at the park by from 735 to 840. We play tag, run, play catch and tug of war and end our workout with a calm 10 minute walk. He comes back home ready to nap for a few hours in his crate. I work from home so I’ll start my work day at 9 take my lunch at 12. I use this lunch time for potty and walk for 15 minutes. This helps my Aussie stay calm. By 4 pm my kids are back from school and play with him. He’s tired by 9pm ready for bed and is up by 620am lol

Thank you for your video. One question – with a strong focus on using the crate. Do you move it around the house with you, for example in the living room during the day, and bedroom at night, or is it recommended to keep it in the preferred location?
I have 2 storey house and work from a home office upstairs during the day, but before and after work we are downstairs in the living room.
So I'm essentially wondering if moving the crate along will cause confusion and increase anxiety and restlessness.

How do you have him outside ? We’ve been advised by the vet our 9week old puppy is not to go out until 2 weeks after our Puppy’s 2nd injections at 12weeks ???? So he shouldn’t go out until 14weeks
