D4 is stealing ideas from Path of Exile they are not reshaping anything.
As long as the endgame PVE encounters aren't an elaborate sequence of stupid minigames like in LA, or else your whole party wipes (hence and repeat on 6 alts), I'm fine.

The xp gain increases look like players will grind their life away for levels if they can’t push world tiers for better xp! It can still be done just not as efficiently as a player in a higher tier.

Let's take a look: Different world tiers? Same as diablo 3 difficulties but with different name. Nightmare dungeons? its basically PoE maps like you said. Tree of whispers? Its a renamed bounty system from D3. Helltides? its a renamed events from D3,hopefully with better rewards than its predecessor. World bosses? most of modern mmorpg have this novadays. I dont understand hype and greatness diablo 4 has shown off.
P.S. I skipped paragons because it is the most disgusting thing diablo introduced to the arpg world, nothing to say more.

The shitty part is the respec cost. It allows zero build diversity since eveyone will just usr the most meta build as it takes tons of end game resources to do a full reset.
I don't think D4 end game as of what we heard is changing arpg. I do hope they really add something in end game other than rift/maps over & over as we have since forever in arpgs (last epoch, wolcen, PoE, D3).

I really like the idea of getting sigils to empower different dungeons, even if this might be similar greater rifts I always disliked that at some point you are standing in your D3 city just opening portals without leaving the city. Just having more of a feeling that you are moving around in a world instead of a rift simulator and maybe do some things while you are on your way.
