"Most weapons are one-handed or two-handed", with the exception being the Lynel shields, which are bladed and let you inflict minor damage if you're really really really close to an enemy.
I have no idea how to dodge. Period. Until Vah Ruta I never dodged, EVER. Apart from that one tutorial shrine, and even then I was confused and literally died in the middle of the tutorial shrine. Dodging is bs and shouldn’t exist
Is there like a practice fighting area where you can go in and not get damaged and just practice your moves?
What button do I use for normal attacks cus when I use R the weapon always breaks
Ain't no dodging going on my version lol .
Perfect dodges are hard… But i can do perfect guards just fine…
I think in the sequel, there should be one handed and two handed spears. One handed allowing you to use your shield for more defensive options, and two handed for the more offensive approach.
All I wanted to know was how to dodge it shows me the way to do it in game I tried to do it but it does not do it
Ha rip me vs a black lizolfo
I’m pretty bad at dodging lol
Lots of people saying perfect dodge are hard when I’m over here doing perfect dodges but can’t even do a perfect guard correctly
Doing perfect dodges makes things like test of strength shrines and lynels really easy to fight
1:36 "hylian champion runs rampant around hyrule field carrying a mop"
Me:tries perfect dodge
also me: gets destroyed 0.3 seconds later
Sir how to sneak moves key?
I was worried you know ?
I'm barely starting to understand how to dodge, crouching most of the time. And Ruta's boss taught me that if your arrow isn't fully charged, those ice block won't stop even if you hit them.
So naturally, what I concluded was " Man, that's it, I'm really starting to suck at games".
Then I see the comments of this video, and see that I'm not alone.
Bless.
so this is how to defeat Thunderblight- stages 1 and 2 are dope, but honestly no.3- Is a shitty ass mode :")
Did anyone get a minor heart attack while fighting this boss???
all weapons sucks because of the weapons breaking mess still waiting for this shit to go
Honestly, if the enemy is carrying a weapon and mine breaks..I just quickly steal it and finish the enemy off so in its death it will forever remember its death. Being killed by its own weapon. 🙂
So many times I've accidentally crouched when all I'm trying to do is move around an enemy and lock onto them. That why I've died so often. Also, even after beating Calamity Ganon, I was never able to master a perfect dodge.
Regarding throwing your melee weapon at your opponent when it's badly damaged, you actually have to hold down R for a second and then release R to actually throw it. The narrator of this video didn't go into that detail, so hopefully this fills in that gap of missing info. You simply can't just hit R hoping to chuck your badly damaged melee weapon at your opponent. It's a press, hold, and release situation. Hope this helps.
How do I roll? Please tell me
The thing is getting the timing down.
I might sound like a noob but i only know how to throw my weapon so how do i hit it sideways like that?
USE STASIS+
Mounted enemies I like using spears because of the range… It gives you space especially when facing Lionells (whatever they are called or spelled like) burned through a bunch of spears on 1…
I rarely used block when playing this game, because half of the time, I couldn't get it to work.
jesus shut up and tell me what i need to know
so perfect dodge was borrowed from Skyrim, right?
Sounds like a robot
I wish the game taught us how to perform the perfect dodge and the perfect guard instead of having to look it up.
