I became familiar with the story when the 80's Japanese show "Monkey" came out.
At 5:30 you mentioned there was just no way around not losing your stamina, well you're wrong, there's quite literally a potion that makes it so that you don't lose any stamina for a short duration.
wukong and journey too the west are probably the most influenctial storys and character in all of Fantasy writing.
wukong appearing in tons of Asian media (videogames, movies etc) and the writing style of Journey too the west you can find in basicly every mainstream movie/series (also known as "monster of the week" (think supernatural or sherlock holmes) and "The Heroes Journey" (start, 11 more steps, end where you started but you growed)

Only that a several bosses can actually hit you through rock solid
If you max all the stamina Regen upgrades in this game, both the pills and the upgrades in the upgrade menu, it hits a point where it is very hard to run out of Stamina. This isn't a Stamina based game it's mana based as only resting at shrines and very few alternatives refresh mana which you need for all your abilities.
İ would debate against the rock solid mana regeneration.The amount of mana that you will receive is not substantial.İnstead,use cloud step,it is a better tool and it can save you in a pinch.

I’d make Pluck of Many number 4 since you can upgrade it to have more duplicates and have them capable of using spells at max level. There’s also an upgrade in another skill tree that will make them use heavies at the same time as you
