I love Dragonball z and the budakai series Tenkaichi etc, but the controls and combos makes every fight repetitive and gets boring, like okay now I fight Frieza after Vegeta but before cell and just gotta fight with same control layout
After spending some time with the game, this review is pretty fair. If anything, he's being a bit too generous at times, e.g. about the netcode.
It sucks. Wasted opportunity to actually make a good DB game with updated mechanics, rich in movement, animations and physics. It's a turd of a game. I prefer the original

finally a dbz game that isnt primarly an online exsperience or bad singleplayer it looks like alot of fun cant wait to buy it i wasnt a fan of the xenoverse game or poorly made single player games but this actually looks on par with the dbz games from gamecube/ps2 or better
