Ooooo. first time watching you…Just Great !! I'm looking forward to your class at Creativation…Excited !!!!
Waste of time
yep I really like this guy. Considering it's the first time I've seen him, he probably hasn't done very many videos. Too bad, he has a very calming manner and also informative. First time I've ever heard anybody explain the need for a complete coating of medium.
For me it was interesting. It doesn’t matter how many techniques you showed, I always can learn something new. Thank you
Slightly blank oh well move on😚
????/ what happened to the original demo?????? not helpful at all

Watching bits of a process is extremely unhelpful and a turn-off to signing up for the full length video available for a fee.
This snippet makes little sense without being shown at least one example of the end product. Not interested in Artist's Network after seeing this.
I really like the old pages idea, but I wouldn't cover them completely…. thanks for the great video. I know how hard it is to make one….
Love your calm teaching style but found jumping from one page to another in between stages lost me. I would like to have followed one page completely through from start to end. I felt a lot of the process was lost. You are an exceptional instructor though. Thank you.
where is the entire video. This is not the good link from artistnetwork
Next chapter please.
It's refreshing to see a male art journaler! It'd be nice to know this wasn't the whole video though.
Wow so dumb total waist of my time and battery
Hmmm, did I miss something there? He didn't show the body of the technique. Watching this is a waste of time.
wow, blindsided on this video, I need to remember to look at the comments before viewing a video, Shame on ya dude if this was a marketing scheme, I really don't have extra time for this kinda rip off, love art and know you do also but you should have put something in the title letting us know.
it's not a great tutorial if you don't get to see the full process
Wow I like your video, nice and crisp, fluid talking your not overly excited, not to slow, no silly background music and you said everything clearly enough the first time I didn't need to go back and watch the video again and again.' And I look forward to trying this very soon.; 🙂
This is soooooo slow!!!!
doing this project now. honestly i think it's fun but im totally blanking on the composition. hoping just a beach scene with some foil mache pieces is enough =p
This is painful to watch with the buffering pauses and I have 100MB broadband
So slow. I wouldn't buy a longer DVD based on this example.
I dont understand … anyway is one ideea~
I too, was disappointed that a full tutorial wasn't given. Perhaps you should have warned people that it was just a partial DEMO advertising a DVD. Annoying! I also felt that it was too tedious, with the obvious stated in some areas. And WAYYYY too sloowwww. My grandmother is slow, but she's old.
Oh I was disappointed with the jumping of projects…I was really interested too…you have a nice calm teaching technique…I wish you'd just shown one project.
what on earth?
I just read about the publishers putting together the DVD. I see. It seems a bit strange that they jumped around in the middle of the process! I wonder why they did that. Thanks anyway for sharing.
Interesting! It's very beautiful. I am confused about what happens with the sticky note though. What do you do next with the burnt orange piece? How does the image come through using the sticky note? I really appreciate this tutorial, but just wondering if you could explain the process a bit more. I feel like I'm missing something. Thanks!
Bev The Ragged Edge and Teresa Blue…the publishers of my workshop DVD put this video up just as a way for people who might be interested in buying the full DVD can get a better sense of what is on the DVD. It is not meant to be a lesson on its own. That is why it jumps around.
Sorry to hear that Janet. Maybe you can try again.
For a newbie that was clear as mud. Why switch in mid stream?
Couldn't watch because it kept stopping.
Either show a process in full or don't bother.
Hey Cat. The publishers chose to show bits and pieces from a complete workshop DVD. The entire DVD is available for purchase from ArtistsNetwork.tv Thanks for taking the time to watch.
First half was slow and boring…and then it just JUMPED to a totally different piece of art….. what's up with that?
how did we go from the rust and beige to blue??????
