If you search real hard, you can find some used 2080 and 2080 Super models for sub-$200 on eBay in great condition. I picked up two Gigabyte 2080 Supers for $190 (Black) and $195 (White), respectively. Sleeper pick for a base overkill 1080p/entry 1440p system and great for anyone still on a 650w PSU
PS: Apparently you can OC some 2080 Supers to get fairly close to 2080 Ti performance for very marginal increase to the power draw, nice plus despite having only 8 GB VRAM.
