20 FPS but still is playable in my opinion. It's one of those things that I can accept it. Steamed egg is still a fantastic system in a very happy with it
Click bait title is pretty awful. This game requires a good-level machine to run halfway decent on a desktop. Terrible coding all around, considering much more complex graphical experiences on other games.

I installed this game on the deck and ran much better than this. You gotta change the memory allocation before change the settings, otherwise, the game will run like crap. Also, using FSR here is mandatory, we're talking about a PS4 equivalent hardware here, not a PS5.
Forspoken doesn't look terrible on Steam Deck, even though I don't want the game it looks playable. Soon all PC's will need 32 gigs of RAM for games, just a matter of time.
Do you have cryouttilities installed? Also do you have vram up at 4gb or 1gb?
I found that the Steam Decks built in FSR did a way better job than the one in game. I turned off in game FSR, lowered resolution to 540p and used the decks FSR and got a fairly decent image and a near stable 30 fps on the demo of the game. Definitely playable. Considering how heavy the game is I came away quite impressed.

I played the demo for 50 minutes. And it was amazing on steam deck ? I played with low and standard settings. With fsr ran perfectly. I consider buying it cus it ran and played so well. What more do we want ??

The game has a toggle for dynamic resolution scaling which can be used with FSR/DLSS etc too.

You guys expect to much from a handheld system! The Steam Deck is fantastic for what it is! Even the PS5 renders this game at 720p, so of course the weaker deck will struggle.
