1st tip: you could also just sleep while dead Pal is in your team and it's at full HP again.
The problem I'm running into right now is it says that my pals cannot find the job and so they began to work in place or they just give up altogether. I've tried to make all my work benches and stations easy access, but it doesn't seem to matter. What can I do about this?
If you have no other use for it, the guild chest stops item decay. Pals don't touch the chest though so you need to store deposit everything manually.
It helped me save up foods needed for research while constantly getting distracted by other tasks.

I got an alpha pal, brought it back to my base, left came back it was depressed, found a merchant bought the medicine, gave it to him, left came back, same thing. Butchered it and never had another pal get depressed infront of me again. I think it's working as intended tbh.

for the incapped pal on ps5 you can return to menu reload and it will be fully healed if you are too far away from a fast travel and bones there are pals that drop them in a ranch
think the "pal rescue" was removed from game, don't seem to work anymore so now have to wait the 10 min.
If you put foundations down the entire base and do walls 3 high, stairs 2 wide, you'll almost never have pathing issues. You really gotta try to get them stuck
Pocket pair has locked the viewing cages on dedicated servers because you can easily crash a server with one. They also had 20 base pals locked at 15 on dedicated servers untill last patch.
Pro Tip: If you just craft the Hot or Cold Pelt armor, you automatically get the Hot or Cold Thermal Undershirt. And the Pelt Armor’s cost less materials to craft I believe.
Dune shelter is either bugged in my game or isn't populated on xbox version of palworld because when I go there it's a ghost town with one person who talks about people going missing in the desert because of a legendary pal or the place I found is a different place and the town you mentioned isn't spawning/rendering.
I went to the are on your map northwest of the red flying pal boss (forgot its name) and the only town that spawned in that direction is the ghost town I mentioned.
No traders or anything.

Once they add PVP, you can say good bye to OP (Especially combat) pals…Seen this same thing happen to ARK and a few other games. The "balance" patches are coming! Hide your children! LOL
Many of those glitches are because of how the pals spawn in when you start a game or fast travel. Basically what happens is first the terrain is loaded then your structures then you then the pals. Sometimes you or your pals will spawn overlapping structures, each other, you ect. When that happens its fairly likely that they will be injured or they will be force telaported to the closest available space and that space might be in the air somewhere or something like that.

Wish I'd known that the game was broken if you run it on a server to this point never would have wasted money on it.
The viewing boxes were removed because they cause servers to crash. The issue is it loads in every pal you put in them and they hold 42 pals. By the time people fill one up when say breeding for example, you have 42 pals in one 4×4 square bouncing and slamming into each other. Now times that by 10-20 players all using them to breed or show off and it's massively overwhelming. My private server with just me and 2 other players use them and with 4 placed in one base the server RAM usage goes from 17 gigs to about 22 gigs of RAM used when we are around that breeding base. Most dedicated servers only have 32 gigs of RAM. Once the server runs out of RAM it will crash. For this reason I suggest anyone who is looking to setup or rent a dedicated server, make sure it has 32 gigs of RAM minimum and ideally you want 64 gigs.
Breeding in this game is weird. Like, lets force a manta ray & dinosaur to mate to acquire a humanoid jackal. Cause that makes sense. Kind of like how, in Pokemon, a Wailord (humpback whale) can mate with a Delcatty/Skitty (cat) to get a Wailmer (whale) or Skitty lmao
Almost as weird as how Digimon can Digivolve/De-digivolve into something completely different than its base self, depending if its a vaccine or virus lol

For the Galeclaw tip, You can use your Foxparks Flamethrower from them as well. As well as cross bows and guns.

FYI: You can just drop the incapacitated pal, fill its spot, then pick it back up, it'll be put in the palbox at full health

I have honestly used medical supplies once only at the start of the game. I keep finding them while exploring. I don't think I've had any need for it.
Right now one of my bases is on a hill so it never gets raided. Weirdly enough I haven't seen a single raid in my other two bases since I set up that base.. not sure if it's a bug.
My last two bases got raided a lot. I broke them down to move to places to farm materials.
Dune shelter is completely bugged for me the whole desert biome is broken on Xbox the merchants are under the ground they fall right through and I can’t fast travel to one of the statues in the top right

I captured a lyleen during a raid on my base
Ive only been using cotton candy for pal feed since its 1:1 for sanity heal. Salad only heals 11SAN for 81, while cotton candy is 80 for 80. This lets you put every base you own on Superhard working with no problems. You also dont need a fridge or cooling pal at ALL since cotton candy never rots
