If Ross Coulthart knows where this giant UFO is buried then it honestly can't be that big of a secret anymore. Why doesn't someone just leak it at this point? Why tease it and not say where? Trying to create buzz first? Makes zero sense. It seems like the sort of thing you would do to blow smoke about who you are. Saying something like this raises his profile so its the sort of thing that can be made up to increase your level of 'credibility' but at the same time even if the location is revealed how is anyone going to dig up parliament house? that's never going to happen either. So it really can't be proven.

I had a mate years ago who worked in parliament house,he was a plumber there and worked everywhere inside the building including under it,I can tell you there is only rock beneath parliament house.I'd be looking at pine gap or woomera because you can't get within 50km without been seen and both locations are super remote.Also,those springs you speak about being sent to p/house are fitted for earthquake mitigation.

So I'm a born and bread Canberran, my grandparents moved here from Sydney in the early 60's.
My fathers friend was a security guard at parliment house for over a decade.
I've been in the basement car park, my dad has worked as a contractor on the building many times.

If there was a UFO under there, it's pretty deep, because most of the underneath is just basment car park, there's likely water tanks and pumps for ground leakage and sewers ect.

Where I think there is the most crazy part of Canberra is Duntroon, which is the cadet college, its just down from the Cambell offices.
Every day I drive past the old joint operations head quaters off the side of Mount Ainsley, it looks over the Majura Parkway, which is only fairly new.
They built the new headquaters just outside of Queanbeyan.
But the building looking over Majura Parkway is so cool it reminds me of a starwars empire outpost or something like that.

I have a lot of knowledge on the city as I've lived here my entire life.

Edit: also I'm a ham radio operator, the extra low frequency arrays, there's more than one around the world, they look strange if you don't understand antenna design.
If you wanted to make a quater wave it would be too high, it's just out of the question, so you need to come up with ways to electrically lengthen the antenna without increasing it's hight, one way is a capacity hat, this is wires coming off the top of the vertical section horizontally. These wires then need their own support towers which is what you see with all these towers.
It's nothing fancy just a big antenna, look at ham radio 160m band antennas and you will see similar designs.
Things change at VHF and UHF because the antennas wave length at those high frequnices is very short in the centimeter lengths.
Then mm waves again are different requiring dishes and wave guides.

Very interesting topic based on the information I did a little research and the first heritage building built in ACT is Duntroon in 1833 reason I looked this up is because I would think they would build over the area in question before building anything else nearby and Duntroon is a military base

One thing governments like along with power and control is the thing that brings power and control. Money. Australian gold may be more of a logical reason. There are huge deposits of gold, especially in certain areas, mostly far away from the coast. That would be my guess, though I’m a fan of ancient underground chambers and ufo’s. I wonder if there are any old contracts or gold miners disappearing in the area. Before the Parliament House, who owned the land and did they mine? What’s the history of the land before the build? Having a man made lake makes mining easier.

Sorry, you have no idea how committed the states were to hating each other. The location choice is of little surprise. The best example is they even refused to have the same rail gauge requiring all trains to stop at Albury to change trains to a different gauge, one could say the choice of location for Canberra totally… tracks (sorry). I had a shock discovery you may want ot include in your investigations… it was reported acrross several sources that a UFO was found under Fountaingate Shopping center outside Melbourne. I have a pic from a local paper stating it, but you can also find other references online. Maybe it's not as silly as it first sounded. One worker claims the council of Casey saw a huge uptick in Ufo activity during the centers construction

Parliament House is correct, winner winner chicken dinner, you can drive 2 fully ladened semi trailer's through the underground hub road, plus sauce kitchen, and deliveries, lots of machinery of evert type, AC, Heat Pump, Fire, water gas, power, ufo.
