I like the game but honestly thought there would be more survival elements which is what I wanted. Still pleasantly surprised.

Let’s be honest for their first dip outside of sniper elite and sniper elite style games in over a decade this looks fantastic, Bethesda has been re skinning the same game now for decades and they always get a pass (we shan’t mention year 1 fallout 76) I’ll definitely get this but art is subjective 😂
It is familiar, in a very boring way. Combat is functional; if you've been in one melee fight you've been in them all. It's just a bunch of fetch quests with optional combat. No story until you play for two hours, predictable af when you finally piece it together. Its a very mediocre boring game.

With about 15 hours in the game im loving it i will say as he said stealth could have been better like let us setup traps for enemies to run into i wish that was apart of the game it been many time in skethermore that you will get bombarded by enemies and you have to hide but they will chase you far as hell

I played it on GamePass. I'm not saying it's a bad game, but it's not my cup of tea. I was hoping more Fallout or Bioshock and less Dishonor.
Played it for an hour when it launched on gamepass, but kept getting weird sound bugs like the sound would just stop working, or the environment sound would quit but the npc voices would work, so I turned it off and haven’t touched it since. I wonder if it has been fixed yet? Really ruined the experience for me, but for the short time I did play it seemed really good. The sense of discovery is definitely there, and the fact that it doesn’t tell you what to do is great imo.

Where's the actual ATOMfall??? No radiation, no dangers anywhere, nothing – all I see is respawning soldiers and outlaws, nice green fields that serve no purpose with no anomalies or anything in them, no mutants and instead just a few beehives/two or three fallout3 copied ghouls in the entire game… Barely any quests at all and those that are there are so barebones it hurts, no story exists whatsoever either. This has no soul, everything from gunplay to UI to loot management sucks too. Ultra low standards if you "love this", 4/10 at best, not the worst but it has nothing to offer. Shamless copy of Fallout's title just to get more sales yet also to purposefully not deliver in any front that would have to do with this title.

Elements of the game play are reminiscent of Days Gone and The Outer Worlds. My concern was that it would be overly similar to fallout but in England. However, hearing this video gives me hope I'll enjoy this, but for different reasons.
I wish everyone would stop comparing this game to fallout, I've been playing since the og fallout games on PC and this game is nothing like fallout if anything it's like outer worlds or atomic heart with the gameplay and the way your inventory is set up, more atomic heart then anything

So it’s Skyrim reskinned
The combat is absolute trash in this game, sadly. Especially if I'm feeling real tired after a long day, I'll set the combat to "casual," which states that "enemies will attack slower, have slower patterns and spawn in smaller groups, but you still need to focus on survival and supplies are still pretty scarce, just a little better then intended difficulty. But that isn't true at all! They still spawn in large groups and hit fast and repeatedly many times in a row. There are so many spots that are crawling with enemies, so it's incredibly hard to get ANYWHERE. Wanna run away? Oh, you CAN'T because your "heart rate" gets too high. Also, it's absurd that a shot gun slug to the face @ point blank doesn't take out a starter level enemy.
I want to like this game. I'm not giving up on it yet but it's pretty ridiculous.
